Muhammad M. Ubandoma is a Nigerian writer and poet, as well as a committed feminist. His work explores themes of identity, violence, and spiritual longing. Ubandoma was the 1st Runner-up at the Kano International Poetry Festival Slam and the 2nd Runner-up at the Kaduna Poetry Slam. His poems have appeared or are forthcoming in esteemed literary journals such as Chestnut Review, Brittle Paper, The April Centaur Network, Eunoia Review, Poetry Column, Kalahari Review, AfroCritic, Spillwords Magazine, Soul Poetry, and Prose & Arts Magazine. He has twice been shortlisted for the Splendors of Dawn Poetry Short Story Competition, and his poem Burning Elysium was shortlisted for the Sevhage Teen Poetry Contest, among others. Ubandoma is also a proud member of the Hilltop Creative Arts Foundation, Minna.
